BROOKLYN MIDDLE STEAM SCHOOL

BROOKLYN MIDDLE STEAM SCHOOL Renovation and Upgrade Project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the school's infrastructure to enhance energy efficiency, modernize learning environments, and improve the overall student and staff experience. This multi-phase project included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the entire building, ensuring significant energy savings and an improved lighting environment in classrooms, corridors, and common areas.

In addition to the lighting upgrades, we modernized the HVAC and plumbing systems across the remodeled areas, particularly in classrooms. The new HVAC systems provide enhanced temperature control and air quality, creating a more comfortable and healthier environment for students and teachers. Upgraded plumbing systems also ensure reliability and efficiency in the school's daily operations.

A major focus of the renovation was the complete transformation of the first-floor science rooms and flex labs. These spaces were fully renovated to support hands-on learning, collaboration, and STEM education, with modernized lab equipment, durable finishes, and flexible configurations that promote an interactive and engaging educational experience.

The media center received a complete redesign, creating a dynamic space for both learning and community activities. With the addition of decorative lighting and a state-of-the-art sound system, the media center is now fully equipped for presentations, events, and multimedia learning. This upgrade not only enhances the aesthetics of the space but also creates a functional, versatile environment for students and faculty to engage in creative and collaborative projects.
